Mid-Week Retro: Happy in Black & White

The mid-week retro for this week is a long forgotten black & white image I made last year.
The human eye is engineered to view the world in color and unless one’s facilities are impaired, colored images are what we see naturally. Put another way … and I know I’m about to step on a lot of toes here … black & white is unnatural. Just as we say the black sheep of the family. Which is why I normally present images in color.
But once in a while, I’ll strip off the color to present what I want to emphasise. In this case, it’s the happiness oozing from Andrea’s face as she looks at some photos we had shot earlier.
